Ben is the co-owner and Director of Sales & Pre-Construction. Ben is responsible for all company home sales, managing client relationships, managing ARC/ARB, and negotiating operational funding. Father of 5 children, Ben resides in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife of 15 years. He is native to Jacksonville and graduated from JU where he played college golf. Ben enjoys attending golf tournaments with his son and watching the Florida Gators.
Jack is the co-owner and Director of Construction and Development at Ossi Homes, North East Florida’s premier custom residential builder. As Ossi Homes’ lead General Contractor, Jack is responsible for overseeing a team of construction Project Managers that handle all aspects of a client’s build: from permitting and pre-construction to final development. With over 15 years of experience building custom homes, Jack has completed 100s of projects throughout the most prestigious neighborhoods across the greater Jacksonville area. His extensive understanding of local zoning and residential construction best practices ensure that every client’s unique home exudes the quality and refined luxury that has become the hallmark of an Ossi Home.
Prior to co-founding Ossi Homes, Jack graduated from the University of West Florida where he received a B.S. in Construction Management and where he also played on West Florida’s soccer team. Following graduation, he worked for a leading Fortune 500 residential builder where he managed regional construction projects within their Jacksonville market. Jack currently resides with his family in Ponte Vedra Beach near many of the custom homes that he’s built, and enjoys traveling, Gator football and golf.
Kenwyn is the V.P. of Operations for Ossi Contracting. As the V.P of Operations, Kenwyn oversees the majority of daily operations for the company. Evaluating and finalize contracts, creating and delivering project estimates and home proposals, validating and managing hired subcontractors/vendors, communicating and presenting current and projected financial reports to customers.
Prior to joining the Ossi team, Kenwyn graduated from the University of Florida where he received a B.S. in Construction Management and a M.A. in Urban and Regional Planning. Following graduation he worked for multiple production/semi-custom home builders in Jacksonville market.
Originally from South Florida, Kenwyn currently lives in St. Augustine and enjoy spending time with his family outside of work.
Monica is currently the Ossi Contracting bookkeeper. Monica manages the input of all invoices, employee payroll and overall spread sunshine to the Ossi team! Monica is a graduate of the University of Florida, and has spent many years raising her family in Jacksonville. She started with the Ossi team in 2015 and has enjoyed seeing the company grow across her hometown. Monica is a native to Jacksonville, has been married 27 years and is mother to four children. When she is not working with the Ossi team, she enjoys cooking and pilates.
Matthew is a Project Manager for Ossi Contracting, managing customer and subcontractor relations, scheduling and quality assurance and quality control on all project sites. He started working with the Ossi team in 2018 as a Warranty Coordinator and Project Manager. Matt is a graduate of Providence High School and University of North Florida in Jacksonville. He is native to Neptune Beach and enjoys cooking, surfing and lifting weights.
Ian is a Project Manager for Ossi Contracting. He is responsible for customer communication, project and sub contractor scheduling, and quality control on projects. Ian started working with Ossi in 2012 as a Warranty Coordinator and has developed his career into a Project Manager. A Jacksonville native, Ian graduated from Providence High School and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. When Ian is not managed Ossi projects, he enjoys playing golf, Florida Gator Football, and spending time with his wife Carol Ann and two boys, William and Jackson.
Ben is a Purchasing Agent for Ossi Contracting. He is responsible for pricing new homes, creating budgets and handling purchase orders. Ben is a graduate of the University of Florida, and has worked with the Ossi team since he graduated. Ben was born and raised in Jacksonville and enjoys watching or attending Florida Gator football games with his family. Ben grew up playing soccer and was a Florida high school soccer state champion.
